The Workshop is funded and supported by CECAM. We are required therefore to follow the registration procedure specificed by CECAM

Registration is a three step process.

Step 1: Expression of Interest

Register your interest in participation via the Workshop's CECAM website. Please go to the "Participate" tab and submit the EoI through CECAM's portal. You will need to register if you haven't used CECAM's portal before. We will get back to you regarding your submission. Please be aware that the number of delegates is limited 80. The last date for receiving expressions of interest is 1st April, 2025.

Step 2: Abstract Submission

After receiving our email accepting your application, you will be able to add your talk/poster abstract and other participation details after signing into the S4F@CECAM site. Abstract submission closes on 15th April, 2025.

Step 3: Registration Fees Payment

We will send you the link for the payment in the EoI acceptance email. The fees is AUD 800 for full registration and AUD 400 for students. Registration closes on 15th April, 2025.. Please note that your registration for the event will be valid only after payment of the registration fees and abstract submission.
